MyLittleGossip lets small software agents carry what people have told them from one person's phone to another's. That makes it a service where users write things that other users read, and any such service can be misused. These are the standards we hold it to, published so that users, and Google, can see them.
None of the following may be created, taught to an agent, carried by an agent, or sent to another person through this app:
This applies to the text an agent carries and to the picture attached to it, since both travel to other people's devices.
If you encounter any of this in MyLittleGossip — in a visiting agent, in something an agent has been taught, or anywhere else — report it to christine@christine.nl.
Tell us what you saw and where, and include the agent's name if you have it. You do not need an account to report, and you may report anonymously. We would rather receive a report that turns out to be nothing than not receive one at all.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for that.
We are established in the Netherlands, and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to Offlimits, the Dutch hotline for online child abuse imagery, and to the police where a child may be at risk.
Where a report concerns a user elsewhere, we report to the corresponding national authority, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where United States law applies.

With both off, the app is a thing you teach in private and nothing travels in either direction.
MyLittleGossip is for people of 16 and over. The app is not directed at children. Because agents carry what they are told to other people's phones, it is not suitable for young children using it alone.
We comply with the law on child sexual abuse material everywhere the app is available, and we cooperate with lawful requests from police and child protection authorities. Nothing in these standards limits what we will do when a child is at risk.
We review these standards at least once a year, and whenever the app changes in a way that affects them. The dates at the top of this page say when that last happened.
